Meet & Greet + Dexascan
Our Meet & Greet is how we get to know each one of our potential clients. During this time we get to you, the person first and foremost. From their we get to know your goals and your exercise history. This is your time to share with us your story and your “WHY”!
Your “Why” is the reason why your goals are important to you and the thing that is going to drive you to reach them.
After your Meet & Greet, we set you up with your Dexascan. Dexascan is our leading technology for body measurement/bodyfat scan. Dexascan is used by professional teams. If it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for you. This help us establish yours starting point and how we map out your plan moving forward.
Weight training is crucial for fat loss – without weight training changes to scale weight largely reflect muscle loss. The Fit-Mom Method provides a fun, safe and motivating environment for women to weight train the right way. We don’t care about your ability – we care that you come ready to give your best effort. We lay out everything for you step by step on this journey to help you build healthy and safe habits that will have you playing with your kids, grandkids and give you that energy spark back in your life.
Stronger is a co-ed training class featuring Modified Strongman/woman Training (MST) with an emphasis on high-intensity lifts. MST exercises including Deadlifts, KB Swings, Sled sprints, and Rope Battles are just part of this intense 45-50mins training session. This is an advanced program that is designed to help you drop bodyfat and give you the body composition you want.
This men-only training program is for guys looking to boost testosterone, build muscle, and improve strength. This class will push you physically, but not break you. That’s not the point. Our goal is to help you, get you fit and get your body moving and burning fat. Traditional lifts like the deadlifts, squats, and chin-ups are paired with contemporary actions such as flipping tires, carrying sandbags, and pushing sleds.
